Wild Scotland
Be courageous and explore the beauty of wild Scotland.

The flame-haired Merida of Disney•Pixar’s Brave was a bold and fearless heroine. Now it’s your turn to be brave and experience wild Scotland.

Visit the real life land of Disney•Pixar’s Brave and have your very own adventure with Wild Scotland. Whatever adventure you choose, come and explore the country’s magic, myths and beauty.

Only the brave should enter the realm of legendary Cailleach and witness the power of the world’s third largest whirlpool, the Corryvreckan, south of Oban. But Scotland’s water adventures are not just confined to the coast. Paddle through the mountains along the majestic River Spey, or spend a day on the river, enjoying the wildlife along the banks and marvelling at the Atlantic salmon’s epic annual migration upstream to spawn.

If you prefer being on dry land, there’s plenty adventures to choose from. Visit the islands of Orkney and step back in time to a land of ancient villages, standing stones and Viking history. Or wherever you are in the country, experience some of the finest walking in Scotland with great trails boasting magnificent views.

Its Gaelic name is 'iolaire sùil na grèine' or the 'eagle of the sunlit eye'.

You can also explore the country on two wheels, by travelling coast to coast across the Scottish Highlands, through mountain passes, ancient woodland and along historic trails by mountain bike.
