The two twin rooms have super king size beds and the family room a king size bed and the bathrooms are separate rooms not built into the bedroom!

Good sized grounds with one paved patio and one grassed patio which are child safe, (gated), plus large lawn to the front.

Ample off street parking for 4 vehicles.

The property is newly refurbished and all furniture and fittings are brand new.

Free wifi is provided and all gas and electricity useage is included in the rental costs.

The large kitchen/diner seats 8 around an oak table. There is a range cooker with two fan assisted ovens plus grill. It also contains a dishwasher & fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer located in the utility room. A 26" TV is located within the kichen/diner.

The lounge, which seats 9, is very spacious and contains a 48'' TV with internet access and a Blu Ray player. Additionally, there is  an FM Radio/CD with iPhone & iPod dock and a plentiful supply of books and games.  There is also wood burning stove for additional comfort during the winter months.

The utility room has a WC as well as the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and a vertical radiator with a splash wall behind is ideal for drying wet clothes.
