There is private parking for two cars within the enclosed garden area. Guests are welcome to walk around the wider estate. The courtyard area to the rear is not available to guests. Storage for outdoor kit and bikes can be made available on request.

There is ample parking available next to the property.

A travel cot and highchair is available on request. The garden is fully enclosed for children to play.
DOGS
Regretfully the cottage is not suitable for dogs.
GUEST AMENITIES
Both bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. The beds are made up with high quality bed linen, feather and duck down duvets and duck down and hollowfibre pillows. A hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided for all guests. Guest toiletries are provided.

There is Wi-Fi at the cottage. There is good mobile coverage on most networks.
HEATING
Crailing Coach House has biomass (woodchip) central heating in addition to the wood burning stove in the living area. A generous initial supply of logs and kindling is provided.
