    With access to the shore of Loch Earn a splendid location for relaxation and enjoying fishing or boating on the loch, with a garden to the rear. The cottage sleeps 6 with two double rooms and one bunk-bed room and a log fire in the lounge.

    A charming detached cottage set in an idyllic location within the picturesque village of Lochearnhead. With Loch Frontage and a lawn leading down to its own private jetty, this is ideal accommodation for water enthusiasts.

    The property offers charming accommodation throughout and benefits from a high degree of character, natural light and superb views of Loch Earn.

    The main entrance gives access to the hallway which has doors to the lounge and two bedrooms.

    The lounge is a charming room with wooden beams in the ceiling and an eye-catching wood burning stove. There is a front facing window from the lounge with excellent views of the Loch.

    The dining kitchen is well equipped.  It is fitted with base and wall units offering good storage space and also has a stainless steel sink and drainer. Other appliances include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The large front facing window with window seat again offers superb views from the kitchen towards Loch Earn.

    The bathroom has a modern suite comprising a toilet, wash hand basin and bath with an over head shower and shower curtain or screen.

    The cottage has a total of 3 double bedrooms.  Two of these are rear facing and one has direct access to a small garden. 

    The third is the master bedroom with en-suite WC, wash hand basin and double shower cubicle.

    The extensive gardens allow you to relax and enjoy the area’s natural beauty with a high degree of privacy and lovely views.

    Parking is provided to the side of the property and also on the opposite side of the road.

    The central location of the cottage allows visitors to reach Comrie, Crieff, Perth and Stirling within an hour. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both over an hour’s car journey away and offer great days out for all to experience.

    For families there are many attractions including Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre at Braco and Blair Drummond Safari Park at near Stirling both of which are great for family days out.

    Road Directions

    From Stirling take the A84 to Lochearnhead. On entering Lochearnhead take the first right, then follow the road around to the Loch. Go past the Lochearnhead Hotel. With the Loch on the right hand side, the cottage is on the left hand side beside the road.
