Firfield is situated in the Stirlingshire village of Killearn.

It commands a quiet elevated position with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, Ben Lomond being its main feature. It stands on the edge of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is within easy reach of Stirling, Callander, Helensburgh, Inverary, Glasgow (airport 30 mins), Edinburgh and Gleneagles.

Well equipped self contained ground floor apartment within owners home, accessed by independent entrance. Consists of lounge/kitchen/diner, twin bedroom ensuite all finished to a very high standard.

Shops in village include Co-op (with Autoteller) ,chemist, health centre, Old Mill Pub/Resturant, Three Sisters Bake Coffee Shop. Milngavie (20 minutes drive) has large Tesco and Marks & Spencer food store.

Bus service to Stirling, Glasgow. Local activities walking, fishing, tennis, golf - eight courses within 10 miles. Pony trekking, watersports, cycle hire, Glengoyne Distillery, local arts craft. Stirling - castle, museums, Wallace Monument, Bannockburn Battle site, Doune Castle, Blair Drummond Safari Park. Glasgow - museums, cathedral, Rennie MacIntosh Art School and Buildings, Burrell Collection Fashion shops. Edinburgh - castle, Scottish National Art Gallery, Princes Street, The Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace, Loch Lomond Shores Gateway to Scotland's national Park.
