Heathpark House Apartment offers comfortable accommodation for two plus baby. All rooms are on the ground floor level of our lovely Victorian family home. The apartment has its own private entrance and is completely self contained.
The property is a lovely conversion of the original servants' quarters of our Victorian villa and comprises large sunny kitchen/diner equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, bathroom with shower over bath, lounge with freeview television and DVD player, spacious double bedroom and storage room.
Gas central heating.
All bedding and towels supplied.
Use of patio area and two acres of garden.
Private off road parking.
This is a non- smoking property.

Terms and Conditions
A £100.00 non refundable deposit is required for the holiday apartment at time of booking and final payment must be made 4 weeks before arrival date.
When a cancellation is made more than four weeks before arrival date, the final payment will be waived. However if less than 4 weeks notice is given, the whole amount remains payable. In the event that the apartment can be relet then the full amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
Should a booking be made less than 4 weeks before arrival then full payment must be made to secure the reservation. If cancelled no monies will be refunded unless the apartment can be relet.
There will be no reduction for departure earlier than booked.
