No 41 is a luxury Georgian town house offering superior serviced self catering accommodation for up to six persons, located within the old town district of Inverness, on the banks of the River Ness which runs through the city centre.
Situated less than five minutes walk from Inverness city centre, Inverness Train and Bus Stations and approximately twenty minutes drive from Inverness Airport.
The Town House is a true “home from home”, ideally placed for those visiting Inverness on a leisure break or corporate travel, with its convenient location and luxurious accommodation. No. 41 has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Many of the original period features have been retained while contemporary furnishings offer guests the luxury of modern living.
The accommodation is provided over three floors and includes a lounge with dining area, kitchen with breakfast seating, king size, double and twin bedrooms, bathroom, shower room and utility room. A private garden with furnished patio area and secure parking is available for guests. No. 41 is furnished in contemporary style with solid oak furniture, luxurious beds with high grade cotton linen, quality duvets and anti-allergenic pillows. Both the king size and double bedrooms have outstanding river views while the twin bedroom and kitchen look onto the patio area and secluded garden.
The spacious lounge with dining area for six guests has views over the river and numerous church steeples that line the opposite river bank. Within the bathroom and separate shower room guests will find luxurious soft towels. Guests wishing to dine-in will enjoy the modern fully equipped kitchen which also has a breakfast bar and flat screen television, located next to the lounge.
A small selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games are available for guests during their stay.
For our younger guests a high chair and travel cot can be provided on request.
The utility room with laundry facilities is ideal for those staying several nights. In order to maintain a high standard of accommodation a daily housekeeping service is provided.
Guests can enjoy the complimentary fruit, tea, coffee, water and biscuits from the kitchen and a range of locally manufactured toiletries from the bathroom and shower room.
