Nevis Range

As well as group and private lessons, the Nevis Range can also arrange classes in advance for tuition in techniques such as telemarking, blading, snowshoeing and adaptive skiing for disabled skiers.


Glencoe Mountain offers a range of classes and courses including individual and group tuition for beginners and those who are more advanced.

The Lecht

Pick up your equipment, or hire some, and hit the slopes at Lecht 2090 ski resort.  The resort offers both private and group lessons and has a 'magic carpet' travelator for novices as well as a race piste which more advanced skiers can have a go one.

Snow Factor

Ideal for off season practice and poor weather days, Snow Factor in Braehead is an impressive indoor ski centre with a 200m slope of 1,700 tonnes of fresh powdery snow.Those new to skiing and snowboarding can start learning on the beginners slope and there are even options to have tuition as a family.
