Moyness House

6 Bruce Gardens, Inverness, Highlands, IV3 5EN

Moyness House is a fine Victorian villa (dating from 1880), which has been immaculately and sympathetically restored.

Once the home of acclaimed early twentieth century Scottish writer, Neil M Gunn, Moyness House now offers first class guest house accommodation just a few minutes walk from Inverness city centre. Set in its own grounds (and with ample parking for guests’ cars), Moyness Guest House is located in a quiet residential street yet is in conveniently close walking distance from restaurants, Eden Court Theatre, the Northern Meeting Park and the riverside.

Moyness House is recognised as a highly regarded bed and breakfast inn by many leading guide books, including Lonely Planet, Scotland for Dummies, the Good Hotel Guide, Scotland the Best!, Footprints, Marco Polo, and Fodor’s.

Moyness House has a 4 Star Gold Award rating from the AA; it has also been awarded the AA Breakfast Award.
