Stone Cottage, located in Tigh A' Phuirt, is a delighful pair of two bedroomed self catering cottages, buit in the 18th century.
Built originally in the 18th Century as a crofters cottage, Stone Cottage provides magnificent views across Loch Leven, whilst the rear facing bedrooms provide scenic woodland views over the cottage grounds, which are close to one acre in size and include a stream and open waterways as well as a woodland which is a site of special scientific interest.
The cottage is a short stroll away from both Glencoe and Ballachullish villages, as well as being a few hundred yards for the popular gift and coffee shop 'Crafts and Things' which is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or sample a fine selection of refreshments after your invigorating day out in the mountains.
In winter and early spring, look out for the deer in the garden, as they frequently come down to feed on the grass.
During the summer months, when the sun is shining, the rear garden is an excellent sun trap, and receives the sun for most of the day. Ideal for outside dining.
Both of our cottages consist of one double room. and one twin room.
These delightful stone cottages offer great comfort in a traditional built property. Both properties have wood burning stoves. Free Wi-fi is also provided
We look forward to welcoming you to Stone Cottage
