Eat walk Edinburgh, the original Edinburgh food walking tour take in the Old and New Towns parts of the City. You will visit five locations tasting locally sourced Scottish food and drink while hearing about the rich history of Edinburgh from your local guide as you walk between premises.

Eat walk Edinburgh: The original Edinburgh food walking tour offer a morning Canongate tour (lower half of the Royal Mile), an afternoon and early evening food walking tour through the Old and New Towns of Edinburgh.

Our food walking tours stop at five venues tasting locally sourced Scottish food and drink. We visit some excellent bars, shops and restaurants but have only scratched the surface of what this city has to offer. So your local guide will talk about the history of Edinburgh as you walk between venues and point out other places of interest to visit during your stay.

The Old and New town food walking tour takes you through the Old Town dating back to 15th Centruy while the New town part, bult in the late18th Century, offers you the oportuntiy to visit bars and restaurant locals use.

On the Canongate tour you not only enjoy the company of your local guide but when we visit a number of shops on this tour you get to chat to the local shopkeepers as you taste their wares.
