Spey Descents offers unique outdoor experiences and specialises in open canoe descents of the River Spey, from Kincraig to the sea.

These exciting trips can last over four or five days, with camping en route. Enjoy guided, environmental walks in Strathspey and the Cairngorm mountains. Skiing and snowboarding is available mainly on the Cairngorms or the Lecht.

Also available are tailor-made outdoor first aid training courses, or the unique blend of outdoors experiences, melded with Natural Therapies tuition. Residential courses are accommodated in the comfortable Victorian home. This well-appointed house serves delicious homemade food, surrounded by peace and tranquillity.

Spey Descents is a member of the Scottish Canoe Association, the British Association of Snowsports Instructors, Snowsport Scotland; GTC Teaching Scotland (CPD Provider) and the International Therapy Examination Council.
