Delicious September

In September, the Scottish natural larder is overflowing, so menus up and down the country have plenty to choose from. This is the ideal season for lamb in Scotland, and after spending all summer grazing in green pastures, have a delicious aromatic flavor. Ethically sourced food is a big draw too, like the scallops Guy Grieve dives for off the Isle of Mull. You'll find this time of year perfect for fresh seafood. Enjoy your meal!
