    Situated in the heart of Pitlochry, Bruach Cottage provides our guests with perfectly located and excellent quality self catering facilities ofreal character. A perfect home from home for the duration of your stay!

    Our cottage has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a large shower room with double size shower cubicle,  a good sized dining kitchen and a lovely sitting room opening out onto the private south facing rear courtyard which is a real sun trap on nice days. The cottage comfortably sleeps four adults.

    All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, and gas and electricity are included in the price you pay - see our booking page for information on availability and pricing. There is parking opposite, and the cottage is ideally situated on a secluded leafy lane yet sits in the centre of Pitlochry. It is a very short stroll from all the amenities of the town, and within easy walking distance of the renowned Festival Theatre. The Pitlochry Tourist Information Centre is only about a 100 metre walk.

    Bruach Cottage has been renovated, and a fitted kitchen, double glazing and gas central heating installed to ensure year round comfort. Yet it still retains all the charm and character which make it so special, and ensure many guests return year after year.

    Central for exploring Pitlochry and Highland Perthshire, and perfect to return to for some relaxation after a day out enjoying the stunning local scenery, our cottage is a great base for hill walkers, golfers, anglers or perfect if you just want to get away from it all to enjoy a relaxing week.

    Bruach Cottage is checked and rated annually by VisitScotland, and has been consistently rated as being of FOUR STAR standard.

    Open all year round including Christmas and New Year. Bookings are accepted for full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday, with entry given from 4pm onwards on arrival date, and you are required to vacate cottage no later than 10am on departure date

    Road Directions

    From The South
    Follow the A9 North and around 25 miles past Perth take the junction signposted Pitlochry. Follow this road (Atholl Road) to the town and turn left at Victoria's Restaurant onto Ferry Road. *Go under railway bridge at traffic lights and follow round to left. Bruach Lane is on left after a short distance and turns sharply uphill - follow the lane for c75 meters to the cottage which is on the right hand side of the lane.

    From The North
    Follow A9 South and take the junction for Pitlochry. Follow Atholl Road through town centre and turn right at Victoria's Restaurant onto Ferry Road. Then as above from *.

    Public Transport Directions

    From the nearest information centre:- The Pitlochry Tourist Information Centre is located on Athol Road, Pitlochry's main street. From the TIC, cross Athol Road and go along the side of the shop on foot, over the railway crossing to Bruach Lane. From there look left and you will see Bruach Cottage.

    Getting there by railway:- Pitlochry is on the main Perth - Inverness rail line, with a regular service in both directions. The station is easy walking distance from Bruach Cottage.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Travel by air would be to Edinburgh, Glasgow or Inverness with onward travel as outlined above.
