Hawick Mansfield House Hotel

Hotel

Weensland Road, Hawick, Roxburghshire, TD9 8LB

The Hawick Mansfield House Hotel offers luxury en-suite accommodation, fine food, weddings, functions, event management, and much more in approximately ten acres of established grounds on the outskirts of Hawick.

Hawick, the largest of the Scottish Border towns, is famous for the Common Riding, rugby and knitwear.

The original house, which was built in the 1800′s as a private residence, has been modernised to create a stylish and comfortable hotel.

Our bedrooms are located on the first floor and basement levels with a mixture of traditional features in the old house and more modern proportions and appointments in the new wing. All rooms offer en-suite bathrooms, direct-dial telephones, digital colour televisions, tea & coffee making facilities and ample space to make your stay comfortable. Many of the rooms have been recently refurbished. Our standard twin/double bedrooms provide flexible accommodation and are available for single occupancy subject to a supplement. We also have some superior twin/double rooms available. The Four Poster Suites have a number of stylish additions and one room has a four poster king-size bed.

Our menu changes regularly but not so that traditional favourites disappear for long! We aim to source as much of our food locally as possible but are not afraid to go to great lengths to ensure quality is never in doubt. Freshness and quality is paramount so that means our menu is always evolving. You can eat in the informal surroundings of the Hotel Bar or Conservatory. For a more formal dining experience why not try our traditionally decorated dining room overlooking Hawick. Non-residents are very welcome but please call us and book to avoid disappointment.

The wine list has a core offering of fairly priced quality wines blending together the Old and New World’s favourite produce. We also offer bin end wines from some exciting regions and vintages thus ensuring that no two wining & dining experiences at Mansfield House are precisely the same. You will find the bar well stocked with over 20 malt whiskies, ales and lagers.

    Free Wi-Fi available.
