    Welcome to the online home of Venlaw Farm Bed & Breakfast on the outskirts of Peebles in the rolling hills of the Scottish Borders. “Peebles for Pleasure” is our town’s motto and our bed & breakfast offers the perfect base for you to take in all the local area has to offer, from walking to fishing, from osprey watching to mountain biking.
    Venlaw Farm is a working hill farm keeping beef cattle, a few Highland Cattle and our own free-range hens. The River Tweed, which is famous worldwide for salmon and trout fishing, runs through the town attracting anglers from all over the world. A short drive will bring you to the mountain biking haven of Glentress Forest.
    Our house is a modern bungalow with safe parking amidst beautiful scenery with numerous unspoiled walks. We offer three rooms, two with en-suite facilities. In addition, we can also store your reasons for being here like fishing gear and mountain bikes. A full cooked breakfast cooked to order will set you up for the day’s activities and at the end of a busy day, Peebles offers many dining opportunities from cafes to award-winning restaurants.

    By air from Edinburgh Airport, travel 20 miles to Peebles via Edinburgh City bypass and then A703 to Peebles on entering the 30MPH zone in Peebles indicate left and Venlaw Farm is the second bed and breakfast establisment on the left. The Venlaw Castle Hotel use our tarmacadan drive.
