    Let us take you to historical castles like, Ballindalloch in Speyside, The haunted Fyvie Castle and Uquhart Castle along the shores of Loch Ness. Take a Jocobite Cruise on the loch and watch out for "NESSIE".

    Castle Tours is a family owned and run business. James & Martha Moar conduct most of the tours themselves to ensure their guests enjoy their time in beautiful Scotland. James & Martha have worked together to ensure that their guests are treated like family and receive their fullest attention at all times.

    Speyside Whisky Tour

    Welcome to the spectacular Speyside and its hidden Malt treasures!  Our tour visits Strathisla Distillery (Home to Chivas Regal), Glen Grant, Speyside Cooperage and Glenfiddich Distillery.  We also visit the Whisky Shop in  the ‘wee’ town of Dufftown, also known as the World’s Whisky Capital!

     

     

    North East Coast and Castle Tour

    The spectacular day out combines the two extremes of magnificent country manor Castles with tiny quaint fishing villages that makes the North East so colourful.  Visit the tumbling ruins of Findlater Castle, the baroque style Duff House, coastal villages of Gardenstown and Crovie (pronounced Crivie) and the magnificent Fyvie Castle in all its glory.

     

    Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle Tour


    Explore the wonders of Loch Ness aboard a Jacobite cruise on Loch Ness and arrive at the Bronze age fort of Urquhart Castle via boat.  The tour also visits Cawdor Castle and Brodies countryfare for afternoon tea upon your return journey.

    The Royal Deeside is as historically interesting as it is beautiful.  Visit the cliff top ruins of Dunnottar Castle, the topiary gardens and fairytale Castle at Crathes & if you’re lucky to watch the salmon jumping at Bridge of Heugh.  Balmoral Castle may be substituted for any of the above if your touring date is prior to Queen’s arrival for her Summer holidays (end of July).
