Take a spectacular journey through some of Scotland's best scenery on this delightful trail and enjoy a wide variety of locally caught seafood.

Featuring famous seafood restaurants including the renowned Loch Fyne Oyster Bar and the Pierhouse Hotel in Appin, the Seafood Trail showcases the very best in Scottish produce.

Each restaurant is dedicated to serving only the freshest, local produce and the staff work closely with the fishermen of the west coast to bring local seafood straight to your plate.

The trail takes a meandering route through rugged coastline, spectacular lochs and unspoiled scenery, and it is this that gives Argyll seafood its distinctly delicious flavours. From many of the restaurants, visitors can watch the fresh catch being landed by the local fishermen and delivered directly to the restaurant doors. From oysters, mussels and juicy langoustines, to fresh salmon and haddock, there is something to make every seafood lover's mouth water.
