This challenging 18-hole heathland course was designed originally by Willie Fernie and modernised by Major Hutchison. The views of the Tummel Valley from the top of the hill are enough to leave you quite breathless.

Taymouth Castle Golf Course

The Braid-designed Taymouth Castle course offers golfers a real challenge along the 18-holes with many blind corners and surprises along the way. Currently closed for refurbishment, the course will reopen in 2014.

Dunkeld and Birnam Golf Club

Extended to 18-holes, Dunkeld and Birnam Golf Course is described as a "wee cracker", offering both moorland and parkland play, with some climbs that result in rewarding views over the Tay Valley and the Loch of the Lowes.
