Michelin-starred dining

Scotland is bursting with fine dining establishments and is home to no fewer than 16 Michelin-starred restaurants. Five of these can be found in Edinburgh, which means the city (along with Dublin) has the second highest number of Michelin-starred restaurants outside London.
