Daldon Holiday Homes are situated on a working croft in the village of Bernisdale in the north of Skye, midway between Portree and Dunvegan, the historic seat of the Clan MacLeod.

Offering magnificent views of the Cuillin and Trotternish Hills, the cottages are an excellent base from which to explore Skye.

The two separate cottages sleep four each in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All beds have duvets with covers and pillows. Bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra charge. A cot is also available.

You can relax in the comfortable lounges with colour TV. Each property has a well equipped kitchen with microwave and washer/dryer. Electricity is operated by £1 coin meter. There is ample space for relaxation in the garden or for children to play.

The area offers excellent opportunities for walking, bird watching and you may glimpse an otter or seal. The nearby Skeabost Hotel (2 miles) not only serves fine food but also offers a nine hole golf course and salmon fishing. Pony trekking locally. As this is a working croft, we regret that no pets are allowed.

Arrangements can be made for advance ordering of groceries. The owner, Betty, looks forward to welcoming you to Skye.
