180 degree views over the island of Taransay and the white sand beaches of West Harris, (200m from the house). A bright spacious, open plan living area furnished to the highest standard, blending traditional materials reflecting the Hebridean landscape and a modern relaxed interior - sink into the plush sofa with a book in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy a drink while watching the shifting colours of the beach or the glorious sunsets from the large covered deck on the upper floor. The house a home cinema installed along with satellite broadband if you feel the need to stay in touch with the outside world. There is a fully equipped-kitchen and large dining table to satisfy healthy appetites from a day exploring the beaches and mountains. Downstairs are three comfortable bedrooms: an en-suite master bedroom a second bedroom with a king size bed and a third with twin beds. The bathroom has a large deep bath and separate invigorating shower. There is a large fully equipped utility room. Short breaks accepted Nov-Feb. The open plan upper floor and balcony means that it is best suited for children over five years of age.
