    This spacious and comfortable four bedroom detached holiday home for up to eight people is situated in a residential setting at the north end of the friendly village of Stanley

    After many years of self-catering holidays, the owners established this very well appointed home to provide the ideal base for enjoying all the many opportunities and activities that Perthshire's varied countryside, the River Tay and the City of Perth have to offer GROUND FLOOR:
    Spacious lounge with leather suite seating eight, electric flame effect fire, LCD television, Sky freeview and dvd player.
    Dining room with large table, eight chairs, electric flame effect fire and serving hatch from Kitchen.
    The Breakfast kitchen is well stocked with utensils. It has an electric cooker with ceramic hob and double oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a table with four chairs.
    Utility/drying room with sink, washing machine, drying rail, heater and humidity controlled extractor.
    Double bedroom with built in wardrobe.
    Bathroom with bath and electric shower over, basin and WC.
    Conservatory at front entrance.

    Within one third of a mile there are shops pubs and restaurants.

    For those enjoying outdoor activities these include: superb fishing and water sports on the River Tay, cycling and walking paths, horse riding and many renowned golf courses within easy reach.
    Pitlochry is nearby with many places of interest including Loch Faskally with its hydro electric dam and fish ladder, the visitors centre, renowned theatre, curling rink and two distilleries etc.
    Neighbouring Dunkeld and Burnam are well worth visiting including riverside walks and the Beatrix Potter museum.
    Perth itself lies just a short drive away and offers shopping and dining facilities as well as parks, cinema and theatre attractions, whilst Scone Palace and the racecourse are within four miles, with the castles of Stirling, Edinburgh and Glamis less than an hour's drive through stunning scenery.
