    All the historic attractions of St Andrews are virtually on your doorstep and returning from an evening in one of St Andrews many restaurants or pubs is an inexpensive taxi ride. Alternatively, the Strathkinness Tavern is a 100yd walk.

    The 3 bedroom house is ideal for a family having an enclosed and sunny garden with lawn, summerhouse, garden furniture and a garage for bicycle storage. There is a swing park and playing field 50 yards along the High Road and nearby Craigtoun Country Park is a must for young visitors as is the beach. With the twin bedroom and the toilet/shower room on the ground floor the house is also suitable for a couple of limited mobility.

    Road Directions

    From South and West cross Forth Road Bridge leaving M90 at Junction 2A joining A92 then skirting Glenrothes then following A91 for Cupar and St Andrews. Through Cupar and Dairsie leave A91 0.5m beyond Guardbridge turning right at the Fast Food takeaway. Proceed up the hill and at the crossroads at Strathkinness with the Tavern on your right take left on to St Andrews High Road and Mount Melville Crescent is second on the right
