These are either steamed in their own juices or with a variety of specially created sauces such as shallot, blue cheese, leek and spicy Moroccan.

    For something different, try King Scallops pan-fried or grilled, Queen Scallops in a cheese and bacon sauce or push the boat out with the delicious hot Seafood Platter.
