Blackwaterfoot is a village on Drumadoon Bay, at the mouth of the Black Water on the west coast of Arran.

Home to a picturesque harbour and sandy beach, this small village boasts beautiful views of the Mull of Kintyre.

Shiskine Golf and Tennis Club is also found in Blackwaterfoot, with a 12-hole golf course(one of only two in Europe) and two all weather tennis courts.

Drumadoon Point is home to Arran’s largest Iron Age fort, and the King’s Cave is said to have been the refuge of King Robert the Bruce, where he was inspired by the spider's endeavours to spin a web.

One of the smaller villages on Arran, Blackwaterfoot has a small selection of shops, and is home to the Kinloch Hotel, one of the larger hotels
on Arran.
