This comfortable, well equipped property is the ideal base from which to explore the historic university city of St. Andrews, whilst having the added benefit of being close to world famous golf courses, beaches and restaurants and also very convenient for browsing in St. Andrews’ many fine shops.
The property has recently been fully renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen boasts modern appliances including microwave, washing machine and gas hobs. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD.
There is 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom. The sunny, private walled garden, with outdoor furniture, provides the ideal area to enjoy al fresco dining.
All linen is included.
Edinburgh is only an hour’s train journey from Leuchars and Dundee is much closer. Travelling to these busy cities is much easier by train.
