    The property has recently been fully renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen boasts modern appliances including microwave, washing machine and gas hobs. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD.

    There is 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom. The sunny, private walled garden, with outdoor furniture, provides the ideal area to enjoy al fresco dining.

    Edinburgh is only an hour’s train journey from Leuchars and Dundee is much closer. Travelling to these busy cities is much easier by train.

    Road Directions

    St. Andrews is dominated by three main streets, known as North St, Market St & South St. Market St, which is part of a one way system, runs parallel to North & South Streets. Following the traffic 116 is situated on the right hand side of street, opposite Starbucks Coffee Shop, tucked away behind a blue door, with the number above the door. Greggs Coffee Shop and Phones 4U are on either side of the blue door. House "H" is the last house at the end of the close on the right.

    116H Market St is situated in the same street as the TIC, about 200 metres away (towards the flow of traffic).

    Getting there by railway
    Nearest Rail Station is Leuchars (5 miles). Buses to St Andrews every 15 minutes throughout day and early evening. Hourly until 11.30pm. Taxis usually always available at station.

    Getting there by aeroplane
    From Edinburgh Airport either hire a car and drive north over Forth Road Bridge and follow signs to St Andrews - journey length approximately 1 hour. Or bus from Airport to Edinburgh Bus Station and then bus to St Andrews or take airport bus to Edinburgh Haymarket Train station and take a train to Leuchars Station then taxi or bus to St Andrews.
