    Welcome to 17-The Penthouse! A beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse apartment in Edinburgh city centre with free parking, WiFi and views over the rooftops. Ideal for city breaks for small groups or families.

    A beautiful penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the top (5th) floor of a modern building which benefits from a lift and private off-street parking.

    The apartment has a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen & dining area, which opens onto its own sunny balcony with panoramic views across Edinburgh's rooftops. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washer / dryer.

    There are three bedrooms, sleeping six in total: 
    Bedroom 1 - King sized bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower, lots of wardrobe space and access to a second sunny balcony. 
    Bedroom 2 - King sized bed, TV, lots of storage space and en-suite shower room. 
    Bedroom 3 - A cosy room with a small double bed and access to the second sunny balcony.

    All bedlinen and towels are provided and free WiFi is also available.

    The apartment is very centrally located on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town, a short walk from the city centre and all its attractions. The bustle of Leith Walk is at the top of the street and the Playhouse Theatre and the east end of Princes Street (Edinburgh's main shopping street) are less than 15 minutes walk.

    Leith Walk provides bus links to most parts of Edinburgh. Waverley Railway Station and St Andrews Bus Station are both less than 20 minutes walk away.

    There are two small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the flat and Broughton Street, with its eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars is an easy 10 minute walk.

    Road Directions

    Most people arrive to Edinburgh by rail or air. The main train station in Edinburgh is Waverley Station which is a short 15 minute walk from the apartment. 

    To arrive at the apartment from Edinburgh Airport, you can either take a taxi door to door, or there is a very good Airlink Airport bus. This takes you from the airport to outside Waverley Railway Station, and from there the apartment is a 15 minute walk.

    For those arriving by car; free, private parking is available.

    Major bus routes are accessible on Leith Walk, which is  a 5 minute walk from the apartment at the end of the street. 

    Waverley Railway Station and St Andrew's Bus Station are both a short 15 minute walk from the apartment.
