21 Cordiner's Land is fully equipped and luxuriously appointed to the highest standards. The apartment has been tastefully modernised with an elegant decor, to suit discerning travellers requiring quality, homely comfort and relaxation. It is extremely well maintained and always presented in the highest condition of cleanliness. It is located on the third floor in the delightfully peaceful and quiet rear wing of the building. It overlooks the private terraced courtyard gardens and enjoys an outstanding outlook over the Old Town and Edinburgh Castle, which dominates this area.
Cordiner's Land is a unique building within Edinburgh's historic architecture and reflects a part of the city's ancient history upon its walls. One of only two remaining historic stone emblems of Edinburgh's 'cordiners' (shoemakers) features above the front entrance. The central location makes sightseeing very easy, with many attractions close by. It is only a short walk to Princes Street, through its famous gardens. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre, major theatres, cinemas, restaurants, public car parks, shopping and Edinburgh Castle are all within a 5-10 minute walk.
We accept bookings for 1-4 guests. Minimum stay 3 nights, (7 nights at Festival & New Year periods). 2 nights sometimes accepted, with surcharge. We do NOT have fixed arrival or departure dates, these are to suit your travel needs (subject to availability). Please contact us for further details.
