This 4 bedroomed semi-detached house, in a quiet residential street provides comfortable accommodation of a high standard only a few minutes walk from the town centre for 6 people. An excellent location for the shops, restaurants, historic buildings, golf courses, the university and beaches.
An attractive feature of the property is the large secluded west-facing garden, with patio, garden furniture, barbecue and ornamental pond. There is a garage and off street parking.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and there is a welcome pack of basic provisions on arrival.
