The Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and has all the modern facilities needed to provide a comfortable stress free holiday.

Broom cottage accommodation comprises kitchen, large lounge dining room with free view satellite flatscreen TV, dvd and radio CD player, broadband WiFi, 2 double and a single bedrooms. There is a modern upstairs bathroom with full bath and over head shower, WC, wash hand basin and down stairs a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
The modern well equipped kitchen has all the little extras to make your holiday complete: with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric cooker and induction hob, microwave, coffee maker , kettle and toaster, food processor, blender, juicer.
The established cottage garden has a large shed, drying facilities patio and seating area, private off street parking for the three cottages is accessed from Pultney Street.
Rates include quality bed linen, heating, hot water, electricity and WiFi, just bring your own towels.
Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement with the owner.
