One double bedroom with wc located on ground floor with a further two doubles and one twin room located on upper floor. Main bathroom has corner bath and separate walk in shower with master, bedroom also benefiting from ensuite showerroom.
The house is spacious and exceptionally well furnished throughout and features oil fired central heating complimented by an open coal fire in the lounge. The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with plenty off road parking and has a detached garage which is available for storage. Garden furniture and BBQ facilities available.
Aviemore offers a range of shopping facilities for the outdoor enthusiast and a range of gift and craft shops. The village has a supermarket and shops offering day to day essentials with numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. The surrounding area features numerous opportunity for outdoor activities including skiing, hillwalking, mountainbiking and water sports plus family tourist attractions.
