Overview
The house is 'upside down' with the lounge upstairs, enabling sight of possibly the best view on the island, stretching from the mainland to the whole of Brodick Bay and the mountains, from the comfort of the living room. Backs on to fields at the rear.Completely refurbished in 2011 to the highest of standards with comfort in mind.
Also available for short breaks.
Completely refurbished in 2011 to present a home of quality and comfort and fully centrally heated.
The accommodation consists of:
Downstairs:
-double bedroom with front aspect views and wash hand basin vanity unit,
-two bedrooms each with two single beds at the rear aspect, all with ample storage,
-bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, whb, and electric towel rail.
Upstairs:
well-fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, toaster, iron etc
-dining room to seat six in luxury,
-lounge with spectacular views, with television, dvd /cd player,
-toilet with vanity unit. To enhance comfort, bed mattresses are either hypoallergenic or memory foam.
All bedding is provided but not towels and welcome packs can be provided at cost value depending on request.
Outside there is a front garden and to the rear, a private garden with seating area, grass and flowers- a real suntrap!
