    Follow signs for Portpatrick from Stranraer or A77.

    Once in the villiage, proceed down the main street till you reach the Downshire Arms Hotel on your left hand side (big blue building). Immediate at the end of this building take a sharp left, then another sharp left to take you past the back of the hotel.

    You are now on Hill Street, proceed up the slight hill and park your car outside number 3. You have reached your destination

    From the nearest information centre:- From Stranraer TIC from ferry terminal, turn left and follow road along until Portpatrick.



    Getting there by railway:- Station in Stranraer, then bus or taxi. Bus stop outside clarks shoe shop to village.

    Getting there by aeroplane:- Prestwick Airport join A77 and continue by road to Stranraer, follow signs for Portpatrick.

    Getting there by ferry:- Stranraer is nearest ferry terminal. Leave terminal and take left turn. Follow signs for Portpatrick to the right.
