Ideally located for golf courses, the university and the town centre, this large typical Victorian house is available for self catering accommodation and is in the middle of St Andrews.

Queen's Gardens is a lovely tree & garden lined street located just off South Street and the house is less than one minute's walk from the restaurants/bars/shops.

The property was fully restored/renovated about a year ago and depending on configurations required, it is typically set out to sleep up to 8 people in great comfort. There is also the option for 2 or 3 additional beds which can be used for shorter stays or children.

It has a new fully fitted kitchen, a dining room which seats 12 leading to a secluded rear courtyard. There is an elegant drawing room with a work station, the property has wi fi availble for guest use and a private 130 foot garden.

Airport transfer and local transport by arrangement - the owners and locally resident house managers will work with you to tailor make your stay exceed your expectations.

This is a large typical Victorian house in the middle of St Andrews. Queen's Gardens is a lovely tree & garden lined street located just off South Street (opposite Holy Trinity Church) and the house is less than one minute's walk from the restaurants/bars/shops. Because of its central location it is ideally placed as a base not only for golfers but those visiting the univesity or exploring the historic buildings and ruins of the town. The town's beautiful beaches including the famous west sands are only a short walk away.

The property was fully restored/renovated about a year ago and depending on configurations required, it is typically set out to sleep up to 8 people in great comfort. There is also the option for 2 or, at a squeeze, 3 additional beds which can be used for shorter stays or children.

Entry hall with classic Victorian high ceilings, golf club rack and a lovely variegated slate tiled floor through into living room/dining room & kitchen.
Bedroom 1 - typically set up as superking double or 3ft twins with option for 3rd person on sofabed. Ensuite shower room. Original wood floor & shutters.
Large living area/dining room leads into fully fitted kitchen & opens into rear courtyard. The dining table extends to seat 12 with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware supplied and patio furniture and a barbeque are available in the courtyard.
Stairs up to mid level w/c

First Floor
Large drawing room overlooking gardens to the front of the building. Room has classic Victorian high ceilings and original cornicing, wood floors and fireplace. It also has workstation with wireless hub & printer.
Bedroom 2 - typically set up as superking double or 3ft twins. Ensuite bathroom. Original wood floor & shutters. Totally private garden view.

Stairs up to laundry - washer/drier, ironing facilities, sink.

Second Floor
Large light well.
Landing with shower room for use of bedroom 4.
Bedroom 3 - front bedroom typically set up as superking double or 3ft twins. Ensuite shower room. Original wood floor.
Bedroom 4 - rear bedroom typically set up as superking double or 3ft twins but with further option of 2 additional pull-out divan beds. Original wood floor. Totally private garden view.

It has a totally private 130 ft Garden opposite with lawns, flowerbeds and paved seating area - table and chairs provided.
