Our traditionally built cottage is in a crofting township, six miles from Stornoway. Its quiet location, with stunning sea views over Broad Bay, makes it an ideal base for relaxing and for exploring the Isle of Lewis.
6 Upper Garrabost is a traditional croft house which has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It is situated on the peninsula of Point on the Isle of Lewis; three miles from the airport and six miles from Stornoway and the ferry terminal.
The cottage is decorated in a relaxed and contemporary style and has stunning sea views. There are cliff top walks at the end of the croft, which lead to a sandy cove. The nearest easily accessible sandy beach is Bayble Beach, two miles away, which has parking and a pier for fishing and watersports.
The cottage is double glazed throughout with an oil fired central heating system, free Broadband and a telephone; it consists of:

The cottage is set in a third of an acre of garden space; this is mainly laid to grass with an attractive, enclosed front garden. It is surrounded by working crofts. There is a garage suitable for secure bike and equipment storage and a washing line.
