64 Commissioner Street

Overview

Recently renovated with large lounge and dining area, well equipped breakfasting kitchen, two twin bedded rooms, a double bedroom, large bathroom with whirlpool bath and additional WC. This victorian double upper flat is on the first and second floors of Commercial Place, built in 1868 in the centre of the holiday town of Crieff, just next to the Weaver's Hall and a minutes walk from the High Street.

The entrance to the flat is through a large, private front door, accessed from Commissioner Street and you climb a carpeted flight of stairs to a bright hallway which gives access to the main living quarters. A lounge with dining area, breakfasting kitchen and WC.

A TV, DVD, radio & CD player are provided in the lounge, as well as a selection of age appropriate toys, books and games. There is a dining area off the lounge, with dining table and chairs for six.

In the newly refitted kitchen we provide a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, toaster, kettle, table, four chairs and two stools, lots of crockery, cutlery and a good selection of pots, pans, coooking and serving equipement, to allow you to cater for six. A high chair is also available on request.

A second flight of stairs leads up out of the hall to the two twin bedded rooms and double room on the second floor. There is ample space for a travel cot which can be provided on request. The generously sized, newly refurbished bathroom with spa bath and shower is situated on this floor.

Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the price.

Commissioner Street is an old wide street with plenty of parking spaces normally within a few metres of the front door.

The apartment is normally available for either a week (Friday to Friday), weekend (Friday to Monday) or mid-week (Monday to Friday).
