A comfortable family run non-smoking bed and breakfast, close to the town centre, beach, and station offering bed and breakfast accommodation for the discerning client.

69 Cromwell Road has three double ensuite bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a very high standard. On the main East Coast Railway line, Burntisland offers easy access to Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth, Glasgow and St Andrews and for those who enjoy walking; Burntisland is on the Fife Coastal Path route. Built around 1914, the current owners Anne and Eddie moved into 69 Cromwell Road Burntisland, in August 2001. Following a continous programme of improvements from the day of entry Anne and Eddie finally feel able to offer Bed and Breakfast Accommodation for the discerning client. 69 Cromwell Road has free parking. The two bedrooms with en-suite shower and the flat with private bathroom, have all recently been renovated.

On the main East Coast Railway Line Burntisland is an excellent choice for easy access to Edinburgh (35 minutes), Dundee (45 minutes), Perth (65 minutes) and Glasgow (85 Minutes). The Rosyth to Zeebrugge Ferry Port is only 15 minutes drive away. The Kingdom of Fife is blessed with a host of excellent golf courses and the world famous Old Course in St Andrews is only 35 minutes drive away. For those who enjoy walking Burntisland is on the Fife Coastal Path Route and for those who welcome a short but slightly more demandable trek, the Binn Hill will reward with a spectacular view over the forth. If swimming is a favourite past time, in addition to the wonderful sandy beach, the town has its own swimming pool and Leisure Centre, both just 10 minutes walk away.
