This comfortable and peaceful 3-bed mews house is in a perfect position in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, 5 minutes walk from the bustle of Princes' Street and a short stroll from the vibrant area of Stockbridge.
7 Gloucester Square is a very central, well-furnished mews house which lies in the corner of a very quiet traffic-free square. It has the benefit of an integral garage for your use, and free wi-fi. The house sleeps five people in a double with en-suite, a single room and a twin bedroom. There's a roomy kitchen downstairs with a big kitchen table. A family bathroom with separate bath and shower can also be found on the ground floor. Uptairs is a large sitting room with comfy sofas and freeview TV. A useful study area with a desk is also provided so you can get on with work, should you need to. The house is in central Edinburgh but lies in a secluded corner of a traffic-free square, offering total peace. It also benefits from a spacious integral garage for secure private parking.
Entering through the front door, the hallway leads through to the large, well-equipped kitchen with a table large enough to seat at least 6 people. Another door leads through to a small utility area with washing machine and drier. Also on the ground floor is a cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Upstairs is a charming single bedroom and a twin bedroom with basin. The light and airy sitting room has a homely feel with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player and desk. It looks over the square to the front and a neighbour's leafy garden to the back. The house has free broadband Wi-Fi.
