8 Regent Park Guest House And Garden Suite

8 Regent Park is a spacious Victorian villa superbly refurbished throughout, to offer all the comforts of home to leisure and business visitors.

It offers an ideal location close to Prestwick Golf Club (50yds), and within 5 minutes walk of beach (400yds), walks, cycle routes, pubs, restaurants and shops and transport links. The railway station is across the road, bus stops are a short walk at Prestwick Cross and Prestwick Airport is less than a mile (a 15 minute walk).

Rooms are available on a room only basis. Breakfast options include a substantial continental breakfast or tray breakfast in the room or Breakfast to Go is available for travellers leaving for early flights, all at additional cost.
The Garden Suite is fully equipped for self-catering - see separate entry.

Our comfortable rooms are centrally heated with good quality beds, Egyptian cotton linen and soft fluffy towels with mini-fridge and free WiFi. There are three rooms - 1 family/multi-bed room, 1 double room and 1 double or twin room, all en-suite.

Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed. Large car park to rear.
The Rooms
•1 Family/Multi bedded room which can be set up as 3 full size single beds, or superkingsize double bed and 1 single, with en-suite shower-room and partial sea view. Room also has 3 seater sofa. On first floor.
•1 Double en-suite room with King size bed with en-suite shower with large walk-in shower and easy chair. On ground floor.
•1 Double /Twin En-suite room which can be set up as one superkingsize double or two full size single beds with en-suite shower-room. Room also has two seater sofa. On first floor.

TV, free Wi-Fi,mini-fridge, iron, hairdryer and hospitality tray are provided in each room. A large lounge with log/gas fire is normally provided for guests.

Days Out

•There are numerous sites associated with Robert Burns within easy car journeys, including the Burns Birthplace Museum and Burns Cottage at Alloway in Ayr.
•Culzean Castle is a beautiful drive south down the coast. You will be able to see the Island of Arran, Ailsa Craig, and the Kintyre Peninsula and even as far as the Irish coast on a clear day on your journey.
•Dumfries House with its Chippendale furniture collection and Royal connections.
•Walking - Ayrshire Coastal Path, River Ayr Walk
•Golf - approx 30 golf courses within 30minutes drive, including world class courses such as Prestwick Golf Club, Turnberry, Royal Troon.
•Cycling along the coats on the National Cycle Route which passes the front door.
•Kidz Play and Pirates Petes in Prestwick and Ayr respectively for the children.
•Drive northwards and take in some of the yacht marinas and sights of Troon and Largs.
•Enjoy some of Ayrshire's best restaurants and bars nearby.
•Explore the islands of the Clyde such as Arran, Bute and Great Cumbrae which can be reached by ferry from Ardrossan, Wemyss Bay and Largs respectively.
•Retail therapy in Ayr where this County town has a good selection of shops and malls or head to Glasgow which is internationally renowned for shopping, Both are a short train journey away.
•Relax with spa treatments which are available nearby.

For many of these trips you do not even have to take the car - you can relax and let the bus or train take the strain.
