Visitors might find it difficult to tear themselves away from the windows which overlook the harbour and St. Andrews Bay to the front and the towers of the ruined St. Andrews Cathedral to the rear. The working harbour has always fascinated visitors who enjoy watching the lobsters being landed.
This flat is close to all amenities with beach only a minutes walk away and restaurants, shops and theatre close by. The links golf courses, west sands and Sea Life Centre are within easy reach.
This flat has been furnished to a very high standard with a well proportioned lounge and dining area. There are two comfortable sofas, Pembroke dining table, television and DVD player. A south facing balcony leads from this room. The front bedroom has a king size bed, mirror wardrobe, good storage and magnificent sea views. The rear bedroom has a double bed, mirror wardrobe, good storage and a balcony with spectacular views over the river Tay and catches the afternoon and evening sun.
There is a well equipped kitchen with Belfast sink, hardwood work surfaces, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is a good supply of both everyday and quality crockekry and glassware. With views over the cathedral it is a joy to work in! The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, slipper bath, w.c. and wash basin.
For reasons of safety, because there are two balconies, we do not consider this property to be suitable for children under 10.
There is a garage under the flat and on street parking at front and rear.
The weekly rates include all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity.
This is strictly a no smoking property.
We manage this property ourselves to ensure our high standards are maintained and have taken a great deal of effort to make sure Shorehead is a relaxing and comfortable holiday retreat.
