83 Fisher Street is an old fishermans' dwelling just yards from the shore of the Tay estuary in Broughty Ferry.Recently refurbished, the accommodation comprises a double bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and shower room, with a small suntrap garden at the rear.
The lounge and bedroom look directly on to the Tay.
Broughty Ferry has a blue flag beach, a castle overlooking the harbour and picturesque rock gardens.
The buzzing local community has fine shops, and there is an excellent M&S food outlet.
