Situated in an 19th century building, this spacious 1st floor flat has a comfortable lounge and dining area with gas fireplace, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large bedrooms.
The flat is fully equipped and has plenty of storage for golf clubs, bicycles and other gear. Access is through a private close and includes a small outdoor sitting area in the rear. Public transportation is just out the front door. Also within steps of the flat are a baker, delicatessen, green grocer, post office and various pubs and restaurants. A full supermarket is also within easy walking distance. Anstruther has many good restaurants including an award winning fish and chip bar.
Because of its picturesque location, Anstruther is a popular destination for an ice cream and a stroll along the waterfront. St Andrews is just minutes away and the East Neuk of Fife boasts many great golf courses. The Isle of May, located five miles of the coast of Anstruther, is a world-class bird watching destination and the Fisheries Museum situated on Shore Street is filled with history and artifacts relating to the fishing industry in Scotland.
