We have created a space where a combination of tradition, locality and modernity in design creates the art of simple luxury. Facilities you'd expect in a luxury hotel but with the personal service and intimacy of your home from home.Superb chef prepared breakfasts, beautiful surroundings. You will find us efficient, courteous, warm and friendly and willing to respond to your every need. Your hosts Paul and John's vision is to make your stay so special, you won't want to leave.
94DR is perfectly located to explore many of Edinburgh's main attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the New Scottish Parliament, as well as the busy shopping streets of Scotland's capital city.
The house is non smoking throughout and offers private off street parking.
