AARAN HAVEN is a beautiful 3 bedroom period property (1880) that occupies the entire upper floor of a detached stone built house and has its own private entrance. The apartment has full gas central heating and working shutters to all principal rooms and a small garden.
We have restored, replaced and retained all period features, all have been sourced from architectural salvage. We have furnished and equipped the apartment to the very highest standards and specification in contemporary style. Professional decorated and designed in a fully coordinated neutral palette. Aaran Haven has been furnished throughout with Milano contemporary oak furniture. We have a travertine entrance hall and a carpeted stairway to the first floor and solid oak flooring to all rooms.
THE SITTINGROOM. This is a lovely room with dual aspect windows. We have an original marble fireplace with cast iron insert and a living flame gas coal fire, two.
2 large luxurious sofas, one can be converted easily to double sofa bed on request and comfortable enough to sleep on a permanent basis, ample occasional furniture. For entertainment we have a 42" LG plasma TV with freeview, playstation 2 and iPod docking station.

THE KITCHEN/DININGROOM has been fitted with stylish cream gloss units and fully integrated appliances, including, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, table and six leather dining chairs. We are fully equipped to cook a light snack or a gourmet meal.
THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS, all our bedrooms are generously proportioned and have Super King beds that can be converted to singles on request.
A wonderful evening's sleep is ensured with quality mattresses and bed linen.
THE BATHROOM has been fitted with a white suite with a freestanding bath, WC and hand basin.
THE SHOWER-ROOM has twin contemporary basins and a walk in shower.
