Exclusive Use for Groups of 10 or more. But you will only pay for the beds that you use, so you do not have to pay for the whole building!
Have a country house party at a budget rate with no more worries about 'no-shows' or 'last minute extras' - for less than a bottle of cheap whisky each! I share the Speyside Way car park and offer all a group could expect from a bunkhouse. I am well equipped & fully centrally heated though, I must admit, that I am showing my age a bit!
2 bunk rooms sleep 9 on high triple bunks allowing mountaineers some practice and everyone can sit up in bed, and a little 2 bed room'
I also have a 'Narnia'! 2 rooms with 2 beds, and you mustn't forget my special heated and insulated Shed for those extras!
I only charge for 20 people as that is cosy, but 6 more beds are available free if you don't mind squashing up in the dining room a bit! But if your friends desert you, you can still have me all to yourself as long as you pay for at least 8 beds. Honestly, groups are never asked to share!
Being half-way between CairnGorm Mountain and The Lecht we are ideally placed for wintersports and all the other activities available here in the Cairngorms National Park
11 golf courses within an hour's drive, rivers, mountains, activity providers galore - What more can you ask? Have a country house party at a budget rate but remember that a group is 8 or more.
