Modern detached bungalow in quiet cul de sac with easy access to all Aviemore's many activities.
It is located in a quiet residential area and enjoys lovely south westerly views over the town to the surrounding hills.
It has a small established landscaped garden with patio areas to both front and rear
A short walk (about 5 minutes) takes you down to the town centre with its quality shops and restaurants. Also, close by, there is a small public park with a play area for young children.
The house is exceptionally well equipped throughout and our welcome pack provides you with all the basic essentials to get you started.
There are many things to see and do in and around Badenoch and Strathspey and is the ideal base for touring and exploring the rest of the Highlands and the Central Highlands beyond.
