Detached cottage centrally situated within Scotland's first national park in the popular and scenic village of Aberfoyle. Only 5 minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants. Large private garden overlooking the old Oak Forest.

The Cities of Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh with their many places of interest, diverse range of activities and excellent retail therapy are within an hours drive from the cottage.
Nestling amidst some of Scotland's finest scenery, this holiday cottage is the ideal place for participating in outdoor activities touring or just relaxing. Fishing, Golfing, Walking, Water Sports, Horse Riding, Cycling and Clay Pigeon Shooting
are some of the activities on offer and are all available locally. Cycle and Boat Hire are also available locally.

Detached cottage nestling in the heart of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park amidst breath taking scenery this holiday cottage offers a cosy home from home to all our guests. Shops, Pubs and Restaurants are approximately 500 yards away from the cottage. Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms - (1double en suite and 1 twin), lounge, family bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/diner which opens onto a decked area. The Kitchen/diner has a TV.
All other rooms have TV and DVD. There is a portable CD Player/Radio and Wireless Broadband connection. Travel cot and highchair are available on request for our smaller guests!
The Kitchen Diner opens onto a decked area with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings. The raised BBQ area has picnic table with seating and overlooks the old oak forest. Ample parking. Outside wash down facility and storage for bikes/tackle etc.
Towels, linen and a welcome pack are provided.
The cottage has oil/solid fuel central heating and an initial supply of logs will be provided for the log burner in the lounge. (further supplies can be made by arrangement with owners)
There are many activities available locally- fishing, golfing, walking, cycling, water sports, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting. Cycle and boat hire also available locally. Free River and Loch Fishing for guests of acorn cottage by arrangement with owners.
The ancient and historic Cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling all within an hours drive from the cottage, offer a diverse range of attractions, activities, and excellent retail therapy.
