From the city bypass (A720): Leave the bypass at the Straiton junction and follow the signs for the City Centre. Alba Hills will be on your right after 2.5 miles.

From the nearest information centre:- Alba Hills lies 1.50 miles to the south from the City Centre. A bus from Princes Street (number 3, 31, 37, 29, 47), will take you directly to Mayfield Gardens in around 10-15m. Alternatively a taxi will be around 10m or less.Getting there by railway:- From Waverley Bridge the Alba Hills lies 1.50 miles to the south. Getting there by aeroplane:- From Edinburgh Airport if by car follow the indications to the City ByPass and once there exit at Straiton Juction and follow the indications as By Car. Alternatively take the Airlink service to Waverly Bridge and then follow the indications as By Rail direcctions.
