Enjoy a break in our Scottish country home, designed to offer unique, comfortable accommodation in a tranquil and picturesque Highland village. Ideal location for walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, golf, whisky trails, ospreys and wildlife. There are some great walks around Kingussie, you will be spoilt for choice, starting with Creag Bheag, the mountain directly behind us.

Owing to its central location in beautiful Highland Scotland, Kingussie makes an excellent base for touring further afield - north to Inverness and the Moray Firth, south to Perthshire, east to the castles of Deeside or westwards towards Fort William and Oban.

We have 5 letting rooms, 1 double en-suite and 2 single en-suites, 1 twin standard room and 1 double standard room these two rooms share a bathroom, or you may have your own private bathroom, every room has flatscreen TV, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and radio alarm clock, offering you home comforts that you want whilst you are relaxing on holiday. Drying facilities in case you are caught out in our Scottish weather ! Safe storage for your bicyles. Open all year round. Nearest airport Inverness which is less than 1 hour by car. We are only a few miles from Cairngorm, near Aviemore, with its excellent winter sports facilities.
